James Clark, DNP, FNP, BC
Doctor of Nursing
As a board-certified Doctor of Nursing and family nurse practitioner, James Clark is passionate about improving the lives of both children and adults with ADHD through compassionate, holistic and individualized care plans.
After overcoming his own childhood challenges with ADHD and dyslexia, he knows firsthand there is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning. James strives to pay forward the kindness and support he received from certain educators growing up who empowered him to think outside the box, allowing him to discover his passion and obtain multiple degrees when many believed he couldn’t.
Prior to joining the Winston Center team, James worked in a large, corporate family practice as both a nurse and a nurse practitioner for nearly a decade. He is a Member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed to serve in Washington, Idaho and Wyoming through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
James earned his doctorate degree in Nursing Practice from the University of Wyoming, as well as bachelor’s degrees in nursing science from Langston University and business management from the University of Wyoming.
When James isn’t helping people overcome learning challenges, he enjoys traveling, riding his bike and spending time with his family in the great outdoors.
