We are a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, speech-language pathologists, mental health counselors and educational specialists. Our providers are committed to assisting our clients in overcoming steep challenges and achieving their goals through personalized care plans.
Not only do we understand conditions like ADHD and dyslexia from a professional standpoint, many of us also have personal experiences with them — whether we were diagnosed ourselves or witnessed loved ones navigate learning or attention challenges. Wendy offers knowledge, unwavering passion, and personal experience to our practice. She provides personalized and empowering treatment for clients with attention and learning challenges. Wendy is a graduate of Biola University and the University of Utah. She is licensed in Washington, Idaho and Oregon.
Thomas Beck, MD
Co-CEO & Co-Founder, Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry
Thomas brings a combination of expertise and empathy to his practice, helping children and adults overcome attention challenges, maximize their strengths, and reveal often-hidden talents. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University and completed his residency at UCLA. He is licensed in Washington, Idaho, and California.
Brian Pham, MD
Psychiatrist, Medical Director
Brian oversees and provides training for all providers to ensure exceptional care for ADHD. He has an unwavering commitment to building client confidence and resiliency while overcoming challenges. He is a graduate of Brown Medical School, completed his psychiatry residency at UCLA and fellowship at UC Irvine Neuropsychiatric Center. Dr Pham is licensed in Washington and Idaho.

Hannah is an experienced speech-language pathologist who supports our language and learning team with far-reaching expertise and provides patient, compassionate care. She is a graduate of Washington State University. She is licensed in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Colorado.

As a board-certified Doctor of Nursing and family nurse practitioner, James Clark is passionate about improving the lives of both children and adults with ADHD through compassionate, holistic and individualized care plans. He is licensed in Washington and Idaho.
